This is a cut-and paste from a very old old Singer sewing machine forum post on Yahoo Groups, whose author’s name has been lost to the mists of time. This applies only to all-metal machines from the 1960s or earlier!

Part of the Yahoo Groups wreckage, this manual is for a machine produced in the 1960s.

Note: If you are an eBay parasite who downloads free manuals and then sells $10 “electronic copies” of a file (you neither scanned, printed, or bound) to unsuspecting people, rest assured that Santa will hear about this – and you’ll be sorry.
Your significant other save you the SERIOUS stink eye as you haggled with the flea market seller for your latest cruddy, old caked up “find”.
You knew questions like “do you really need ANOTHER one?” would fly the minute you made it back to the car.
You knew it would be a very quiet ride home.
Just was well, for you were planning just the perfect place to display your perfect treasure — and don’t need the distraction of banal conversation from someone who will never “get it” anyhow. Some questions need no answers.
Here’s what you need to know: How to Clean and Lube Old Sewing Machines
Part of the bounty pulled from the wreckage of Yahoo Groups, this is for a “plastic fantastic” unit from the late 1990s and early 2000s that is still found in garage sales and thrift shops.

When Yahoo Groups was discontinued by it’s new owners, many of the sewing groups moved over to other hosting services.
Unfortunately, almost all of these new hosts cost money. Also, some of the group owners had passed away over the 18 year run of Yahoo Groups, and no one “owned” the group to make the switch. Therefore, not every group made it out alive.
But from the flaming wreckage, I managed to pull about 150 sewing machine manuals from the groups that I was subscribed to, or could subscribe to, in the final weeks.
I will post them in dribs and drabs over the coming months as time permits.
Comment on this post if you are seeking something in particular, and I can bump it’s priority up – if available. (Note: Sources like MANUALSLIB.COM may also have what you need. Also, BING.COM has results that Google sometimes misses.)
With the imminent collapse of Sears all but certain, I am prioritizing Kenmore manuals for now before the parts go completely extinct.
