Note: If you are an eBay parasite who downloads free manuals and then sells $10 “electronic copies” of a file (you neither scanned, printed, or bound) to unsuspecting people, rest assured that Santa will hear about this – and you’ll be sorry.
LOL, I love your “Santa” comment! I agree, too. Scanning, carefully and clearly, is a pain. I have an original of this manual, and I also have an original of the “How to Use Kenmore Attachments.” It shows how to use the plethora of attachments that came with this machine. I don’t mind scanning it for you to offer for free to folks who land here (as long as you add a “Santa’s watching” tag to it, too. 🙂
It’s quite some time from your original post, but I was wondering if you still have the manual and how-to books for the Kenmore 17520? I have my mother’s machine, but the little knowledge I have from using it in the 60’s for my 4-H projects doesn’t help me with harder projects and I would love to learn more now that I have more time. Thank you, Jill Devereaux jamsdevereaux@comcast.net, 520-247-9132. Santa’s watching!! 😊
Jill,
I do. It’s filed away in my sewing room. I’m chin-deep in a project right now, but if, in a few weeks, you respond to this post, I’ll get an email . . . and I’ll hop on that!
Thank you so much for all your efforts. This is a great help to me. I purchased the 158-17520 and when I unpacked it, the cams and manual were not included as pictured. Now, I just need the cams. Any thoughts? Thank you, again.
eBay, thrift stores, estate sales, at the curb on trash day (I got a Singer 401 in a cabinet that way.)
I bought one of these machines for my daughter for Christmas, and was so happy to find this manual! Thank you so much!
Thank you, Sewing Dude, for the Kenmore 17520 user manual. Much appreciated!
You are my hero! Thank you for making this available.
